our story
Wave Marketing Company began as LocalMarke LLC back in 2016 in Saratoga Springs, NY. Sarah got the idea while studying marketing research at Skidmore College. She saw a need for affordable digital marketing and decided to fill that gap. After graduating in 2017, Sarah took six years off to learn more about digital marketing in the very competitive auto industry and has worked for the Lia Auto Group and Vent Fitness.
In 2023, at just 27 years old, Sarah rebranded the company as Wave Marketing Company in Niskayuna, NY. This came after landing an exclusive partnership with 518 Foodies. Now, with two full-time employees and one part-time employee, we've served over 100 clients!
We cater to various industries for marketing services, with a special emphasis on restaurant marketing. Our experience spans across HVAC companies, home builders, restaurants, salons, spas, and distribution companies

Sarah is a Niskayuna native and Skidmore College graduate that launched her marketing company in 2016 during her college years and revived it in April 2023. With a decade of experience in the marketing industry, she previously served as the lead digital strategist at a billion-dollar company. Sarah is responsible for sales, daily operations, and overseeing all client accounts. Her true passion lies in data analysis to determine the ROI of marketing strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, walking, and especially traveling.

Meet Molly! She is a recent graduate from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, studied business, international affairs, and Italian. She now lives and works remotely in Pleasantville, New York. In her free time, Molly enjoys thrift shopping, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite part of working at Wave is being able to express content uniquely for each business's brand. She can’t wait to work with you and grow your brand.

Meet Olivia! She's been part of the Wave Marketing team since 2023, focusing on graphic design, especially branding and rebranding. She's fantastic at understanding your vision and turning it into stunning designs. Olivia studied Graphic Design in school and is pursing her Master's Degree in Fine Arts at Maryland Institute College of Art with an expected graduation in 2026.
